If you want to see more high priced "ugly" homes in NJ, check out towns like Short Hills, Westfield, Millburn, Princeton, etc.

I would prefer if COA bought all those ugly houses on station rd. The only problem is we want to try and keep those projects on the other side of 130

Sounds to me like you feel like you are better then everyone else. Maybe we should buy your house and move you to somewhere else better fitted for you. The houses on Station Rd, some are people who have lived their all their lives and cannot afford to do a lot of repairs , because of the high taxes all you yuppies have brought to this town. Maybe since you feel you are better then everyone else, you should put your money where your mouth is and offer those people money to fix up their house and make it more attractive. It's ashame Cranbury used to be a very nice town, but we really do not need simple minded people like yourself in this town.

It appears that the house may have been under contract before, which raises the question of why the house came "out of" contract.

Maybe COA should buy it and convert it into one of the units to fulfill their low income housing requirement.

This house needs to drop a lot more then this.. NO YARD and its on a somewhat busy street.. this house has always had problems with people staying in it.. I do not think there has ever been someone in here longer then 5 years. It seems like people move in and then right out.. WEIRD> but there is not even a patch of grass on this property and backed write up to other houses. Plus the taxes are insane on this property. GOOD LUCK

My guess is the location.

Did you ever look at it? There is absolutely no land, just the pavers in the back. And the outside looks run-down - and its right on the corner, while I like Main Street - the entire package means (for me) that it's not a location to raise a family. I admit that the inside pics I've seen look nice, but too many downsides...
