| Could it be that only one person wanted the job?
Could it be Dave is just assuming Mike Ferrante will be named since he is running? Why would the TC want someone besides someone who is running to fill the seat? No one has been sworn in yet. Until that happens the position is still Dave’s or unfilled. Let’s first see if three names are proposed before saying procedure is not followed. |

| "Technically, the local Democratic county committee members have to recommend three names of people to the governing body to fill Cook’s term. The governing body, now made up of three Democrats and one Republican, will fill the vacancy."
So why in this case was proper procedure not followed? |

Apparently, Dave Cook is resigning his seat on the TC.
