What does the proposed expansion include? And if you know, what is the reason for the expansion?

How long does it take to have meeting minutes posted? June 22nd meeting minutes weren't posted until July 10th, one day after the next meeting on July 9th. Kindof makes it hard to read and decide if you want to get involved in the next meeting on an issue. Is there another way to find out what happened at a meeting that you cannot atttend?

The meeting minutes are voted on at the meeting and posted a day later. For example, the last meeting in June has its minutes approved at the first meeting in July. The minutes from the first meeting in July are voted on and approved at the last meeting. Minutes must be voted on to approve them for release.

The minutes are good to know what is happening. However, if you are concerned about something and want to have a say it is best to read the agenda which is issued prior to the meeting.

Often the minutes reflect action already taken and by then it is too late to voice your comments.
