When is the Swim Club going to start returning the deposit money of former members being illegally used to fund ongoing operations? It's been years. People need to realize they will never see their deposit money back and any year now they may pay an annual membership and see the pool close due to lack of funds. |

Yes. Same page.
It's shameful they are making no effort to return deposits of former members but continue to operate. If they are going to fail to meet their financial obligations they should at least throw in a free membership which costs them nothing incrementally and considering they are using our deposits to help fund operations. I have no need for a membership but might give it to someone else who could use it. Or I should be free to sell it at a discount to offset my lost deposit. At least then I would have received some renumeration. |

Probably only the board members of the pool would know that. |

We are owed 500. Was told it would be in 100 dollar payments over five years in a letter in an email message from the club. |
