If they are just applying now then it will be some time before they break down. My guess at least 6 months (if approved). |

Is it going to be one of the nice-looking designs like Robbinsville, or a crummy looking one? |

| Knowing our planning board it will be akin to Robinsville. I can't see a crummy looking one being approved. |

| Can the planning board force them to have peppermint mocha year round? I mean, I know it's a holiday flavor, but I'd like to have it in the summer here and there. Make it happen planning board!!! |
